Who We Are
k3 CORP focuses in importing specialty chemicals and active ingredients from a number of countries around the globe that have well developed, high technology-based production facilities. Most of our suppliers use proprietary production processes, often patented, which are based on natural, plant derived starting materials, and also often involve biotechnology-based production methodologies. While most of our customers are located in the United States, due to our specialized knowledge we have customers in more than 30 countries.

Founded in 1989, our main offices are just outside Washington, D.C., and in Prague, Czech Republic. We are a dynamic, technology-based organization, and we look forward to working with new customers and suppliers as we continue to expand.

Our Mission
k3 CORP's mission is to supply our customers with high-quality specialty chemicals and active ingredients for use in food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic applications, from high-purity natural, synthetic, and biotech-based sources. All our materials are non-animal derived, non-GMO, and many are Organic Certified (Ecocert, National Organic Program).

Our Customer
k3 CORP's marketing objective is to partner with our distributors and end users to address current needs as well as develop innovative solutions for new projects. Our strength is in understanding our customer's needs and matching them with our suppliers' capabilities. Our technical background is key to making this happen.

We Do it All for You
k3 CORP is not a broker. We are a full-service, technology-based chemical importer. Our customers contact us with their requirements, and we do the rest. We source the material, audit the manufacturing plant, import the material, deal with customs and inland freight, and deliver the product to our customer's location.

Our CEO
k3 CORP's CEO, Kris I. Kudrnac, holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from MIT (MChE' 73) and an MBA from Harvard Business School (MBA '77). He has spent over twenty-five years in the specialty chemicals business, speaks several languages, and has extensive foreign contacts.
